Michael Steiner leads the Pharmaceutical Executive Services Group (PESG), which advises current and former executives and senior researchers of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, including Merck, Novartis, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. In 2007, Steiner led a fourteen person research team which conducted a major study of the forces reshaping the economics of the pharmaceutical industry and how they will affect individual participants. They interviewed more than 100 academics, current and former industry executives and service providers including compensation specialists, attorneys, consultants and venture capitalists. Their findings were published in a white paper in December 2007. Steiner has been recognized by Reuters AdvicePoint as a Top Adviser for 2008, with Top Rankings in several categories including the NJ-NY-PA region, advisers with a corporate executive focus and advisers under 40. Steiner, a graduate of Hofstra University, has worked with executives of pharmaceutical companies for nearly 15 years. Prior to RegentAtlantic Capital, he worked at KPMG and J.H. Cohn LLP.
As Wealth Manager, John manages client relationships and brings his expertise in tax planning and investment policy to RegentAtlantic's clients. John is the treasurer of the Georgetown University Alumni Club of Northern New Jersey and serves on the Florham Park Capital Improvement Committee. Previously, he served on Newark Academy's Alumni Board of Governors. John received a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University, an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University; he holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Financial Analyst designations and is a Certified Public Accountant. John has been in the financial services industry since 1987. He works with a wide range of clients and gives particular focus to the financial planning needs of retirees.
As an Analyst at RegentAtlantic, Jeffrey is responsible for making investment recommendations, conducting financial based analyses and assisting clients to achieve their financial goals. He also serves on the firm's Financial Planning Committee and is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Philadelphia. Jeffrey brings to RegentAtlantic over 2 years of experience in the financial planning industry, beginning his career as an Associate with Mercer Global Advisors. He graduated from Colby College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Jeffrey will be eligible to post the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional designation in 2009 and is currently pursuing the ChFC designation.
As an Analyst at RegentAtlantic, Eric assists clients in achieving their financial goals based on the analysis of each clients' needs. Eric graduated from University of South Carolina in 2008 with a BS in Finance and a minor in Media Arts. Eric brings experience in Operations working for a hedge fund in Randolph, NJ and interning with an environmental engineering firm as a Financial Assistant. Eric will be pursuing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2009.
As the Client Service Administrator, Allison is responsible for establishing new accounts, account transfers and wire procedures, and addressing the ongoing operational needs of her team's clients. Allison joined RegentAtlantic in September, 2008 as a Team Assistant and was promoted to Client Service Administrator in less than a year. She is also a member of the firm's Financial Planning Committee. Allison graduated from Saint Michael's College in 2008 with a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in both Finance and Marketing. Allison created and presented a business plan in her school’s Enterprise Business Plan Competition where she was a finalist. As a member of the Saint Michael's College women's basketball team, she helped her team win the Sportsmanship Award for the 2007-2008 season.
As a Team Assistant, James is actively involved in supporting two wealth management teams. While performing various administrative tasks, his foremost responsibilities include setting up annual reviews, producing Investment Policy Statements, processing class action documentation as well as participating in the quarterly reporting process. James joins RegentAtlantic Capital with nearly 6 years experience in the financial industry. He attended Grambling State University and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
