Recognized for his expertise by peers and independent analysts, David is a founding principal of RegentAtlantic Capital and has been providing wealth management services since 1979. David holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers College, an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University, and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. David is the former chairman of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning and serves on the investment policy committee for the Financial Planning Association. He has taught courses on investments, personal financial planning, and retirement planning at the County College of Morris and has taught the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has presented workshops and seminars for numerous organizations including American Cyanamid, AT&T, BASF, CibaGeigy, Johnson and Johnson, Mc Neil Pharmaceuticals, M&M Mars, and Nabisco. David has appeared on national television and radio programs and he has been frequently named as one of the best financial advisors in the United States by Barron's, Money, Worth, and Mutual Funds magazines. He is profiled and listed in Who’s Who in Finance and Industry. David is a member of the Alpha Group, a nationally recognized group of senior investment advisors that Barron's called "the nation's most powerful financial planners." David is a member of the Board of Directors of Morristown’s Homeless Solutions, Inc. where he chairs the Investment Committee. Previously he served on the Board of Directors of the Westmont Montessori School in Mendham.
As a Wealth Manager, Brian Kazanchy directly counsels and advises clients on wealth management and financial planning. He also serves as chair of the investment committee at RegentAtlantic. He is credited with developing, negotiating, and implementing many of RegentAtlantic's innovative investment strategies. In addition to being a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Brian holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Finance from the University of Richmond. He has also studied abroad at the University of Warwick in Coventry, England. Brian is a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts.
As a Wealth Manager, Jane provides integrated financial advice to individuals and families designed to help them achieve their financial and personal objectives. While Jane works with a full range of client needs, she has a particular focus on the unique planning and investment needs of women on Wall Street and other financial services professionals, addressing their investment management needs and providing advice on career and other personal issues. Jane brings to RegentAtlantic 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, having served as a vice president in J.P. Morgan's investment banking and private client groups. Jane received a BA from Tufts University in Economics and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business in Finance. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Jane is a member of the Financial Women's Association of New York and New Jersey. Jane lives in Summit, NJ with her husband and their two sons.
As an Analyst at RegentAtlantic, Michael is responsible for making investment recommendations, conducting financial based analyses and assisting clients to achieve their financial goals. He also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and he is a member of the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey. Michael graduated from the University of Michigan in 2005 with a BA in Psychology and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
Kathleen began working in the financial industry in 1981 and, as a Client Service Administrator, has become a valued part of the RegentAtlantic Team. Kathleen performs such duties as establishing new accounts and addressing the ongoing operational needs of her team's clients. As an active part of her community, Kathleen has organized groups for Habitat for Humanity home building projects and volunteered her time and knowledge toward fund raising and strategic planning initiatives for St. Rose of Lima School, where her children currently attend. Kathleen is a graduate of Georgian Court University.
As a Financial Advisor, Lesley is responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating all aspects of client service for the team. Prior to joining RegentAtlantic, Lesley was a Vice President in the Private Bank at Citigroup focusing on relationship management and business development. Before that she spent 11 years at U.S. Trust Company in the Financial Planning department providing financial, estate and investment planning to high-net worth individuals, corporate executives, multi-generational families and venture capitalists. Lesley received her BS from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and has taught at the Institute of Certified Bankers Graduate Trust School held at Northwestern University.
As a Team Assistant at RegentAtlantic Capital, Matt is responsible for supporting two wealth management teams. In addition to completing daily administrative tasks for the teams, Matt schedules and prepares annual reviews for clients, responds to any client requests, updates client files, completes a variety of paperwork for clients, and is also involved with the quarterly reporting process. Matt graduated from Lafayette College with a BA in Economics and Business and a minor in Environmental Sciences. While in college, he completed an internship with Merrill Lynch in their Global Wealth Management division.
