As a Wealth Manager, Brent directly counsels clients on wealth management and works with clients to create a road map to accomplish their goals and dreams. One area of focus for Brent is working with the wealth management needs of anesthesiologists, and he is currently conducting an extensive research effort into the future of anesthesiology. Prior to joining RegentAtlantic, Brent was with Wealth Builders, Inc. where he specialized in working with high net worth individuals, families and small business owners. Brent is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds a BBA in Finance and an MS in Personal Financial Planning and Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Texas Tech is considered to have the premier financial planning program in the country and is the only university in the United States to offer undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees in Personal Financial Planning registered with the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Brent is extensively involved in the Financial Planning Association (FPA), where he is a member at the National level on the Leadership Committee, the Tax Committee, and FPA NexGen. He is also a member of New Jersey FPA's Membership Committee and Press Response Team. Brent and his wife Tamela are active with The Seeing Eye, Inc. of Morristown and are Seeing Eye "puppy raisers."

As Wealth Manager, Megan directly counsels and advises clients on wealth management with a particular focus on women affected by divorce. Megan started at RegentAtlantic in 2002 as an Analyst and implemented the firm's break through rebalancing software. She's also a member of RegentAtlantic's Estate Planning Committee. Megan holds a BA from St. Lawrence University and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Megan now serves on the Kent Place School Alumnae Association Board. Prior to coming to RegentAtlantic, Megan worked in the financial services industry since 1999, including positions with Scudder Kemper Investments and Jamison, Eaton and Wood. She is working towards completing the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation.

David is a founding principal of RegentAtlantic Capital and co-directs the overall operation of RegentAtlantic. He has been providing wealth management services since 1979 and his expertise has been recognized by peers and independent analysts. David holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers College, an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University, and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. David is the former chairman of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning and serves on the investment policy committee for the Financial Planning Association. He has taught courses on investments, personal financial planning, and retirement planning at the County College of Morris and has taught the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has presented workshops and seminars for numerous organizations including American Cyanamid, AT&T, BASF, CibaGeigy, Johnson and Johnson, Mc Neil Pharmaceuticals, M&M Mars, and Nabisco. David has appeared on national television and radio programs and he has been frequently named as one of the best financial advisors in the United States by Money, Worth, and Mutual Funds magazines. Named to the 2006 Robb Report Worth magazine listing of the top 100 Wealth Advisors in the country, Chris is Chief Investment Officer and architect of RegentAtlantic's investment philosophy and its analytical planning structure. Chris handles client relationships and provides expertise to the firm on concentrated stock positions, stock options and executive compensation plans. Chris has been providing wealth management services since 1985. He holds a BS in Economics, an MS in Financial Planning, an MBA in Finance, and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and the Chartered Financial Analyst designations. Chris has been an adjunct faculty member at Fairleigh Dickinson University and the County College of Morris. In 2003, New Jersey Business Magazine named Chris to its listing of top business leaders in New Jersey in its "Forty Under Forty". He is also past president of the New Jersey Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and has served on the Advisory Board of Financial Advisors for T.D. Waterhouse. As Wealth Manager, Tom directly counsels and advises clients on wealth management and financial planning. He has a BA from Bucknell University and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Tom began his career at RegentAtlantic in 2000 as an Analyst, responsible for running financial independence analyses and portfolio rebalancing. In addition, he is a board member of The Financial Planning Association of New Jersey and Director of the Membership Committee. Tom is developing a focus in education and college planning.

As a Wealth Manager, Brian Kazanchy directly counsels and advises clients on wealth management and financial planning. He also serves as chair of the investment committee at RegentAtlantic. He is credited with developing, negotiating, and implementing many of RegentAtlantic's innovative investment strategies. In addition to being a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Brian holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Finance from the University of Richmond. Listed from 1991 to 1999 in the Best Lawyers in America, Bill practiced tax law for 25 years, specializing in employee benefits and estate planning, before joining RegentAtlantic in 1999. Bill manages client relationships and provides expertise to the firm's clients and advisors on estate planning, asset protection, retirement plan design, and charitable giving. He has presented programs for numerous professional organizations including the American and NJ State Bar Associations, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, the NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and Practicing Law Institute.  He has been a trustee of the Bonnie Brae School for Boys for 19 years, including four years as board president. He is also a trustee, executive committee member, and board vice president of The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey and is a trustee and board president of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey. In the mid-1990s, Bill served as executive vice president and a director of the Neuberger & Berman Trust Company. As Wealth Manager, Joe manages client relationships and has over twenty years of experience advising executives and business owners. Joe leads RegentAtlantic's Estate Planning Committee. He brings significant expertise in tax, retirement and business planning to the firm's clients. He is a member of the New Jersey Financial Planning Association Board, the Greater Middlesex/Somerset County Estate Planning Council Board and the Eldercare Committee of the NJ Society of CPA's. He has presented tax and financial planning seminars around the country on various topics including business succession and estate planning. Joe has been a teacher for the Life Underwriters Training Council.  Previously, Joe served as a tax advisor for a major brokerage firm as well as a CFO, controller and consultant to business owners and large financial services companies. He received a BS in accountancy from Villanova University. Joe holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, is a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Certified Public Accountant and focuses on the planning needs of business owners and entrepreneurs.

As a Wealth Manager, Jane provides integrated financial advice to individuals and families designed to help them achieve their financial and personal objectives. While Jane works with a full range of client needs, she has a particular focus on the unique planning and investment needs of women on Wall Street and other financial services professionals, addressing their investment management needs and providing advice on career and other personal issues. Jane brings to RegentAtlantic 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, having served as a vice president in J.P. Morgan's investment banking and private client groups. Jane received a BA from Tufts University in Economics and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business in Finance. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Jane is a member of the Financial Women's Association of New York and New Jersey. Jane lives in Summit, NJ with her husband and their two sons.

Working for the past 20 years with high net worth corporate executives, Mary Ellen brings expertise in executive compensation as well as all areas of financial planning for retirees. A New Jersey Life & Health Insurance Licensee, Mary Ellen serves on the Board of Directors of the Financial Planning Association of New Jersey. Jim has over twenty years of experience in managing investment portfolios and providing financial advice to individuals, families and charitable organizations in the New York metropolitan region. As Wealth Manager, he helps clients identify and achieve their financial goals utilizing sophisticated planning tools and implementing globally diversified investment portfolios.  In addition to working with a full range of client needs, Jim has a particular focus in working with individuals affected by divorce. Jim helps to shape the firm's investing strategy as a member of RegentAtlantic's Investment Committee.  Previously, Jim served as a Vice-President and Portfolio Manager with the US Trust Company of New York at their Florham Park office and held similar positions at Wachovia Bank, Chase Manhattan, SLH Asset Management and Mellon Bank.  He has presented financial planning workshops for employees of a Fortune 500 company, provided pro bono financial counseling at area women's agencies and been quoted in numerous local and national media outlets on financial topics.  Jim is Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of Project Acorn, serves on the Investment Committee and Board of Directors for Jersey Battered Women's Service and is a past President of the Board of Trustees at Montessori Children's House of Morristown.  Jim holds a BA in Business from Western State College of Colorado, an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, Chartered Financial Analyst, and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designations.

Michael Steiner leads the Pharmaceutical Executive Services Group (PESG) at RegentAtlantic Capital, one of the country's largest independent wealth management firms. The firm has specialized in advising executives and senior researchers of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies for nearly 25 years. PESG currently includes 20 professionals who work with clients located throughout the world including current and former employees of Merck, Novartis, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. Steiner led a fourteen person research team who for the past year had conducted a major study of the forces reshaping the economics of the pharmaceutical industry and how they will affect individual participants. They interviewed more than 100 academics, current and former industry executives and service providers including compensation specialists, attorneys, consultants and venture capitalists. Their findings were published in a white paper in December 2007. Steiner has been recognized by Reuters AdvicePoint as a Top Adviser for 2008, with Top Rankings in several categories including the NJ-NY-PA region, advisers with a corporate executive focus and advisers under 40.
