Stock Option Planning

Unlike a salary or a bonus, stock options require decisions by the option holder to realize any value.  At RegentAtlantic Capital we have learned from our clients that there is basically one question to answer:  which options should I exercise and when?  Clients with employee stock options have to make decisions on various option grants with different vesting schedules and a constantly changing stock price.  This makes the analysis complicated and confusing.   We employ a proprietary decision strategy to analyze the data and provide specific exercise recommendations for each grant.  Maximizing the after-tax value of stock options can be a significant contributor to achieving one’s financial goals.
